Absolutely nothing to complain about

I usually have very neutral responses to products I purchase, so I tend to skip leaving any kind of reviews as the product is "just as expected". Eiken really exceeded my expectations to the point where I have to leave a comment. The canvas is just thick enough to retain its shape, so it doesn't flop around. At first the canvas did seem a little too stiff, but I put off writing this review to see if it would change with time. It did! You just have to actively use the bag and it'll soften to a comfortable level. The leather so far seems to be very durable, and the metal connecting the (very comfortable) shoulder strap is obviously tough. Additionally I'm a huge fan of the design of the clips! And the closing mechanism in the Orlando messenger brings me so much joy; I hate magnetic button closures with a passion, and it seems that they're the default in messenger bags nowadays. I didn't have to contact customer service at any point, and I consider that a big win for any company. It means that everything went smoothly with payment, packaging and delivery. Thank you so much!

The bag was a gift

to my spouse and he loved it. Perfect size and very well crafted with quality and attention to details. I have a bag from eiken myself that I use for work, and I love the quality and looks of that bag, so felt like a safe bet buying this one as a gift. And it was. I think this bag is even better than the one I have :D

The backpack took a while to arrive, but no longer, than clearly stated, when ordered. It arrived in great condition and I haven't stopped using it since.
