Basics Hydration+

I usually order the creme de la w and it worked fine .This basic hydration is horrible . Its making my skin flaky. I can’t believe its the same company. I really need a refund . If WEST LAB does not find a reasonable solution to resovle this horrible experience. I will have to expore other options outside of this company. In have beed buying the same product for about 9 years now . On-line or I will go to there Chevy Chase location . Again this product is terrible . My skin is turning ash white and flaky.
