So far all good

I’ve just finished my first 30 days. Didn’t really notice much the first 30 days. Did order my second bottle. Excited to try the next 30 days feel it’s important to do the full 90 days to give an accurate review. I think I do feel more energy and I do think my sleep has improved probably because of more energy. Anxious after 90 days to give a full review.

I love that this is from natural ingredients and that it’s an Ora product. I trust this company more than most others. They third party test and are always willing to share their insights and their results. The GLP 1UP is working for me and I’m going to continue with it.

Food noise IS reduced

I’m generally pleased with how this is working for me. The impact is slow and subtle and I am adamant the effect is there. Dosing is a little challenging as Ora’s best recommendation is to take it b4 a meal heavy with carbs. It is also recommended also recommend taking it daily no matter the meal. This is how I am taking it.
