Im not a fan of this device. For me, it doesnt vibrate strong enough to make a difference and I’m also disappointed that the device doesn’t detect an elevated state and turn on automatically to help, you have to turn the sessions on and off yourself. For the price of this gadget, I feel this should be more intuitive.

Can’t speak to the efficacy of the product yet. Customer service was helpful considering the long shipping time and geneally abysmal experience of unboxing and app setup… journey could be a lot more transparent and simpler.

Absolute worst shipping policy I’ve ever dealt with. The product may be great but I’m already predisposed to dislike it because the company has shown it doesn’t care about customer service. There is no excuse for not being able to timely deliver a package. Its even worse when it is a high end prodcut and the company wants to save a buck or two and use the slowest/worst delivery service they can because its cheap.
