Decon Pro Iron & Fallout Remover

Did an awsome job on my chrome wheels. The brake dust was so caked on. Even with a soft brush and soapy water it did not bring back the rims luster. Tried this and all I can say is wow. What an amazing product. Only complaint is i wish the bottles where bigger. But still well worth the price.

Used on my garage doors and mechanics service truck,brought off rust that had been on bumper for over a year,oil and grease also.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Chemical Guys has been extremely disappointing. My order took approximately two weeks just to ship. When the package finally arrived, the wrong item was sent. I immediately contacted customer service and was approved for a replacement, which I appreciate. However, I have been waited several more days with no clear resolution timeline, and it appears I may need to wait another couple of weeks to receive the correct item. Took over a month total just to receive what I originally ordered. Mistakes can happen, but long shipping delays combined with incorrect orders and slow replacement processing create a very poor customer experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering unless significant improvements are made in fulfillment accuracy and response time.
