Ordered several items one of which was out of stock however I was sent another item just as good and was not charged for it, also a beautiful little hand written note apologising. Makes all the difference when compared to larger money grabbing online companies AND it’s Irish, enough said. Very happy customer.

Disappointed that cards are made in the Uk

I loved the greeting cards and bought them for family living abroad. I was rather disappointed to see handmade in the Uk across the back of them. I understand that the wool is possibly from connemara & the cards are made elsewhere but the website does not reflect that. I felt a little bit cheated.
