My error in not un-checking the "Same as shipping address" box for the "Billing address" in our online order resulted auto rejection. Upon receiving the rejection email notification, I called and left a voice mail for James. As it was a Sunday, I didn't expect a response until Monday. James returned my call within an hour with instructions on how to correct the error. After three phone calls and 4 emails between us, plus James' phone call to the funeral home, my order was back on track for delivery on Wednesday. James even arranged to move our engraving job to the top of the queue as insurance for on-time delivery. Amid the chaos of planning a Memorial Service, I cannot thank James enough for his extra-ordinary response at a time when we were in most need.
