I've met Brother Islam in person at a calisthenics battle here in the DC area and you couldn't ask for a cooler and down to earth person- I really mean that! I've personally used my RipSticks (and different band sizes) to heal a pectoral tear and my biceps tendon tear (distal tendon) over the years. I’ve had my ripstick since Xmas of last year…. The only band it came with snapped 5 months later… let’s just say I used it more then I didn’t during that time period…. Since my new bands has arrived… the resistance is WAY MORE INTENSE!… more then before…. LOVING IT TOO… SO… all good over here…. Thank you and god bless…
