Birthday Blind Date with a Book Bundle

Terrible. I ordered July 3rd, no label was printed until I reached out more than a month later. It FINALLY arrived at the end of August. Once it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. This is supposed to be an elite fantasy box. DEF NOT ELITE. book that was sent to me was a dirty hardcover, horror book, not fantasy. It was a birthday blind box. There was nothing birthday about it. Nothing special. It literally had an ugly straw, a packet of hot chocolate and a dirty book that wasn’t even the genre I wanted. ordered book club books w/Discord access for it, I could never get in because the book arrived halfway through the next month. ordered one for myself and one for my sister, with a specialty 3D printed dragon for each. What showed up was one book and one dragon, super late. They said they would get right on it to fix it. They never did, good thing I had ordered through Tiktok and I reached out to Customer Service on the last day possible. No way to run a business.
