Light Lens Lab 50mm f/1.5 "Z21"

I was never informed during checkout that I would be responsible for additional import duties. Only after my order had shipped did I receive an email stating that I must pay the tariff or I would not receive my package. My first reaction was simple: Can this company be trusted? The disappointment continued when the package arrived. The lens was included, but the UV filter I paid for was missing. I immediately sent multiple emails asking for an explanation, yet received no response whatsoever. After 36 years in photography, this is the first time I have experienced something like this. Between the undisclosed import charges, the missing item, and the complete lack of customer support, I am left feeling misled and deeply disappointed. I wish I had simply ordered from B&H instead.
