I love this bracelet. After a issue with the plating, the company was willing to help me out to resolve it. The clasp on it however is a little soft but luckily the side closers help keep it on. I sent my brace it in, seems they replated it and sent it back. Communication has been great with any issues with my jewelry as I owner a few pieces now. They keep me coming back.
