It's hard enough just looking and buying meat at the grocery store. Matt and his team made it seamless. I was worried about the delivery schedule and it took a little longer than I thought it should, but it got here with time to spare, and thaw. It was a great cut and we enjoyed it great.

This was an excellent product.I would recommend it to anyone. We had it for Christmas Day dinner. Everyone loved it.
