Used Moisture vapour barrier, then base coat epoxy with PVC flakes and final aspartic topcaot for my garage. The water gets into the front of the garage, so I needed the moisture vapour barrier to prevent peeling. The finished product looks great, grey PVC flakes with grey epoxy, nice clean look and the texutre of the PVC is enough roughness on the floor without having to add aluminum oxide.

Applying Epoxy Paint and Flakes worked very well for my 900 sq.ft. garage with 2 people roller-brushing. When applying Polyaspartic, not so well. The product was curing much quicker and I wasn’t able to get an even coat spread using a roller. A 2nd coat was applied using a hard plastic squeegee, recommended for epoxy floor, with similar result, material was curing too fast to get a good coating evenly applied.
