Second binder was awful

This was my second binder purchased. The first was perfect, so much so that I bought another! However the second one did not fit at all. When I put it on, the liner fit but the outer material bunched. I called customer service several times and never received a call back. When I emailed, I received a brief reply that I needed to send them photos - no way to show it without me being in the photo. I gave up!
