Grand Trunk - White

I purchased the grand trunk for my daughter's first wedding anniversary gift. She really loved the trunk and has already filled it with her wedding keepsakes. However, I was very disappointed in the overall workmanship on the lid as it just didn't seem to be as fitted and tight along the top edge as it should be. My niece received one a few months earlier which was beautiful and the inner fabric was completely fitted throughout. That is what I was expecting and it just didn't happen. Now, my daughter is hoping to get the collegiate trunk for Christmas and I am very hesitant to purchase because of the quality and cost.

Great quality trunk. However, we received an extra lock with someone else’s initials on it, and the embroidery inside the trunk is not level. Shower is this week, so I will let the bride decide if she’d like to have it redone. For the expense, it seems these things should not have happened.

Product is beautiful! I made a mistake on my order and they worked with me to make it perfect. I was so thankful for their prompt, kind and very helpful team. I love your service and your product. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter.
