Easy to put together and works for our needs! It was a little annoying to change the height of the foot shelf. While the concept is easy enough, somehow the piece that is supposed to slide up and down the channel suddenly slipped and got stuck. Was able to fix it but now the wood has an indent in it. We do like that the top bar locks. So overall, it's working well.

Experience was fine. I thought the product would ship from CO since it is advertised as a company in Boulder but it shipped from California. Additionally, there were some scuffs on the paint and dents in the wood.

I bought for my grandson for his first birthday. He loves it and so does his parents. Great experience purchasing the tower and safety net.
