Flats V Short Sleeve

Accidentally ordered the wrong size - twice. Your customer service was excellent as I was able to return and then receive the correct shirts in a timely manner. Love the shirt. I have 4 of them. Very comfortable in the heat of summer.

Well, I love this shirt. In fact bought one previously. Problem is, first time I put this newest shirt on, my kitten put a snag in it, so I called for expert help….my wife. She tried to put the snag thread back in place with a pin, and when that failed, she grabbed the shirt on both sides of the little snag and gave a tug. It separated multiple threads and in effect ruined the shirt. This poor shirt never made it to the laundry. I still love the shirt style though. I am in mourning.

Accidentally ordered a small Artica and tried numerous times to speak to someone. Left messages, no call back. Very unhappy with your customer service. Will think long and hard before buying anything in the future
