They sent the wong chain. However, their customer support was very quick and helpful. I sent in a few photos of the order and they replaced it with the correct one right away. Other than that, I've ordered from them before and wear one of their chains almost every day. They're very durable and feel well put together.

Great quality, especially for the price. Has some weight to it and seems durable. Fastening are also of a very high quality, will take a lot to break. Packaging was also a great unexpected extra, making the whole experience elevated. Very impressed! Definitely happy with this purchase.
