I don't have any health issues but I always like to 'improve' my health and was especially wanting some natto. MY QUESTION: Is it BENEFICIAL (or does it not matter) TO TAKE CardioNK ON MY FASTING DAYS? I usually do not take any supplements on this 1 day a week when I give my digestion a day to catch-up with the clearing-out.

What a wonderful product that came about with much thought and skill. I have felt a great difference since I started taking it. My energy levels have increased. My head has felt more clear and less congested. A few weeks ago I was cleaning my home and I was amazed at how great I felt doing so and how quickly I finished. I had stamina which had been lacking for a while now. Thank Sayer Ji for sharing something amazing with us.

The morning after my first dose, I woke up with a feeling of pressure in my head. This happened after the second dose. I skipped day three and resumed one capsule daily for the rest of the first week. Week two, I increased my dose to two capsules. I have noted increased mental clarity.
