Overall a good experience

I purchased wine racks to hold over 500 bottles of wine. Assembly was easy but both shipments didn't contain the correct number of screws promised in the directions. I had to get them from a local hardware store. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience none the less. I noticed they use an inspector but I'm not sure the quality control is what it should be. Otherwise they look great and seem to be performing well!
