Extraordinarily overpriced!

Look elsewhere—even Amazon or IKEA and save your money. Although their website shows beautiful pieces and stunning wine rooms, what arrives to your door in a box with literally hundreds of pieces will shock and disappoint you and leave you wishing you saved thousands of dollars and shopped with another company. The quality is poor, the assembly borders on ridiculous (give yourself several hours) is poorly covered in both the frustrating paper and nonexistent (in our case) online instructions, and requires tools many will not even own. Many of our pieces came broken and unfastened, a problem which we needed to solve on our own, although they did refund me $200 for my troubles. I just wish I had read reviews before dropping such a giant sum and splurging on what we thought was a far superior company. Not the case here.

Design needs work

The racks themselves were great, but the spacer blocks to attach them were not well made. There are pockets milled for screws, but no pilot hole, so I had to use my pocket hole jig. You can’t drill a pilot hole into the vertical support, so it is very hard to prevent splitting. I added a few screws but it’s still not stable. I would highly recommend a design change to a single piece bottom and top (easy on a CNC). Please also drill the pilot holes for us at least on those bottom and top caps. If you are building this I highly recommend using clamps to hold everything in place while you work.
