I bought this as an engagement ring for my beautiful partner and this ring is as stunning as they are. It felt and looked hand crafted and unique in a wonderful way and feels extremely strong and durable. I bought the ring and did not notice that they stated on their website that it could take longer than I was expecting to ship the ring and longer than what was on the shipping information (completely my fault!) and so I reached out to them trying to get a more concrete date of shipment. They were so nice, patient, and courteous with me. They explained that the shipping date and information i had was correct. I was able to also add expedited shipment and a beautiful ring box after the initial order! I could not be happier with the outcome of everything!
