For starters, the colors of this product are dull and do not match the colors in the photos online. Shipping took two weeks (way too long for the amount I paid) ended up getting it later and not being able to gift it anymore. When I tried returning it, customer service would not accept to give me a refund because it was discounted. Nowhere does it say ‘this item is final sale’ as you’re checking out. They told me it was stated in the RETURN POLICY in fine print, that was not made clear when checking out. Would not recommend wasting your money on this product or shop as their customer service was not for the customer AT ALL.

I paid $30 for express shipping. My braceket arrived over a week late. I reached out to customer service who only replied after I contacted Shop. They gave me a $10 store credit. That is horrible customer service.
