Just starting out with the plunge my first time using it I used the heated feature which was nice and relaxing and today I went in 38* for 20 seconds

Smooth customer experience, quick shipping (even around the holidays), and super easy to install. We live in a cold climate in the Great Lakes region, however, we tried the same model at a business in Austin which was a great experience. The size is perfect if you like to submerge without spilling water all over the floor too.
