Great machine and delicious ice-cream

Used the new machine 3 times in our first week with excellent results. The chocolate recipe worked out well, fully freezing. We also tried strawberry which froze but not as solid as the chocolate but still delicious. My only recommendation is to include more recipes in the manual.

Good ice cream!

I was barraged with Facebook ads for this machine and finally bought it. It is affordable and makes good ice cream! One bowl makes a perfect amount for two people. It is pretty easy to use, altho the videos could focus more on the bowl and how to hold the scraper rather than on the demonstrator speaking. A few line drawings of this would also be helpful. You can make great soy ice cream with the machine. I used it to make ice cream with soy milk and silken tofu. They don’t include recipes for this, but they can be found on the Web. Customer service is great.
