I think the gold string you provided is way too thin and I put my own on. My daughter had ordered the giraffe one through Amazon for me and I didn't even think there was a gold string provided. It was probably stuck in the pouch. Both the giraffe and penguin were absolutely beautiful both in design and color.

So cute! The colors are so bright and cheery. Absolutely adorable! Love it!
