Came with a noticeable blemish, reached out to customer service after spending over $600 on this brand, they did offer to return to their warehouse and they would then send out a new one once bad one was received, but all I asked was for store credit and they only offered a 25% refund. I understand they did offer a brand new product, but having to go through the hassle of returning the bad one (dont have a printer at home or eligible box for the return since I ordered two helmets and the box they came in was too big) leaves me really disappointed in the lack of understanding and not willing to give store credit.
