Most nights I am able to go back to sleep; but I have noticed an improvement in the length of time I am able to sleep between waking up.

I have only used this for one night but the 3mg just is not enough for me. I need at least 5mg to 10mg, so I gave them to my husband. He will bw using it for the first time tonight. Hopefully it works better for him.
