Their customer service is outstanding and personal. Today, I received an inclusion ring containing ashes from my beloved golden retriever, Marley, who we lost in October. This is my third inclusion piece from them; each time I’ve experienced the same wonderful service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you have questions about their products, they are incredibly responsive and often go above and beyond. As an example, my second piece from them was a locket made using my dad’s ashes. I asked if it was possibly to engrave my dad’s handwriting on the back of the locket instead of standard text. They said yes immediately and it’s so incredibly special to have my dad’s handwriting with me at all times.

I am so grateful for finding Cumbria Life casting when my little crazy tortie Mitzy passed away 2 months ago. Just received the most beautiful ring with her ashes and feel the energy of her with me all the time. It reminds me of the lessons she thought me and the love we shared.
