I was missing one of my headphones from my bundle but when I reached out to customer service they quickly addressed the issue and sent me a replacement!

I teach middle school autistic support, and I have students who refuse to listen to their volume anything but maxed out. We have could constantly hear student computers playing out of their headphones. These headphones have been a game changer. We can know longer hear any students computers playing out of their headphones!
