Worked well but snapped in 2 after falling on carpet from a height of about 90cm, really poor build quality. Customer Service offered a discount if we bought a replacement but gave no indication of how much.
Will look for alternatives rather than spend money on another one of these.

Magic Wand
This is so light and easy to use. It heats up quickly and is the perfect size for creating light curls and waves. Really pleased with purchase and would certainly recommend.
