For this bra I think you should go up whatever band size you usually do. I have the Brooke Streamlined Bra and the bulge irritates me and the fact that sometimes when bending over the bra does not hold my breasts in place. I thought by buying this bra I could get rid of both those problems. This bra still has a bulge for me. On top of that I wish I went up a band size because it's too tight on me and the straps dig into my shoulders. I much prefer the Brooke Streamlined bra buy that instead of this.
