The black purse key latch is broken! The brown purse stitches are knotted up. Customer service sucks! Emailed day I received and sent pictures. Still waiting for response almost 10 days later.

Looks just like the picture! Has a strong glue smell but it will go away. Zipper works good on mine. Cute !!

My card holder arrived defective. The zipper has never worked.. Emailed them and they said we will send a replacement.A replacement that never arrived. Customer service is awful.
