It was surprising to see that they have switched to a universal refiner/conche, and I wish we could have learned more about the equipment they use to produce the chocolate. I also wish my previous review wasn’t deleted.

Ritual tour

Outstanding, informative tour. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and open to plenty of questions. Only wish they were making chocolates that day. Samples were delicious!

Enjoyed the tour

We enjoyed learning more about the process and the different percentages of Cacao beans in the chocolate. We have made our chocolate purchases an “evening ritual”
