LT 03 Premium Nappa Jet Black

One of the most painful experiences I have had with any company. Shoes took 15 days to arrive and clear customs- box arrived mangled and with gaping holes. Shoes didn't fit near true to size. Charged a surprise customs charge in the middle of the return process. The returns 3rd party they use didn't even send the correct customs documents when I attempted to return. At this point I'm out about $300 on shoes I can't wear and can't return due to company not responding to these issues.

Superior quality and styling, (particularly sole side profile/contour) that I was unable to find anywhere else!
