I received your hat in a timely fashion, thanks for that! I love the color, the style, and the softness of the wool. I find the lining cumbersome, the way it is only sewn into the wool around the base of the hat. One has to constantly adjust the lining before you can put the hat on. I've asked someone with a lot of sewing experience about cutting out the lining. She thought the lining is there as a wind-block and suggested, I not cut it out and instead sew the lining to the top of the hat to keep it in place. I thought that was a fine idea! Perhaps this might be a good idea for your manufacturing team to try. Thanks, MGO
