Beautiful dress. It does run small in bust. I have a 24 inch waist and it fits perfectly but is snug in bust. I almost sized up but glad I didnt bc it would have been loose around. Very beautiful colors in this.

I usually wear a medium and sometimes a small. I got this dress even though it was a large because it has a corset style midsection and I could tighten it up while still having room for the girls on top. I was not even able to zip this halfway up my waist. I am absolutely not a size 12 to 14 in the US lol sizing here is severely off.
