Product is OK, customer service is BAD.
Pads didn't fit. Requested a return and was told "these were custom made so there would be a 25% restocking fee. " Pads are NOT custom made. Expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a return authorization anyway. Never heard back from them and it's been over a week now.
