Great customer service! One awning end caps was the incorrect size. I emailed sales about it and they immediately mailed out the correct one. No cheap knock off either. Authentic Fiamma product . Their price was almost half that of Am_zon. Very happy.

The parts were just what we needed. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the anchor, as we had no way of accessing the inside of the panel, but were able to utilize the other parts just fine.
