Disappointing customer service and low-quality flowers. I paid $115 for a bouquet that looked like it was worth no more than $50, with broken leaves and dead flowers. After seeing a photo of what they delivered, they only offered a $30 refund—basically take it or leave it. I won’t be ordering from them again.
