Rhapsody Mesh Shadbelly

Excellent customer service experience

My daughter recently started leasing a horse who can pretty much do it all! She loves the jumpers at heart but, has started to really enjoy competing in derby’s. She competed in a derby at WEC Ohio and had borrowed her trainers shad belly which was a RJ classic Rhapsody Mesh Shad. She loved how light weight it was and still gave a beautiful finished look. Our barn decided to do hunt teams at the Devon horse show this year! So I knew I really needed to get her a shadbelly for that since all of our ladies going had shads! So I ordered a 4 long guessing at the size. When it arrived I had her go show her trainer who wanted her go one size smaller. Panic set in because we were a week away from the show and I wanted to exchange the 4 long for a 2 long. Brittany Hera was absolutely amazing to work with. She put my mind at ease and helped do the exchange quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure the new size came on time and I couldn’t be more grateful! My daughter was thrilled with her new mesh shadbelly! Her trainer was also pleased with the new fit and the exceptional service we received! She rode Saturday at the Devon horse show in the pouring rain. Her team ended up coming in first! It’s such a honor and a privilege to take a trip around the Dixon Oval. My daughter definitely looked and felt amazing. This shadbelly is the perfect balance! It gives the rider a sharp and elegant look while still allowing the rider to have the freedom of movement.
