Terrible Customer Servid

I ordered them. Expected them. And 4 days later I receive an email saying your money was refunded. Absolutely no explanation or contact was made. I spend thousands of dollars on shoulder pads, and this demonstrates why I do not go through Douglas anymore. The product is behind the competitors and the customer service is even worse.
