Pros: seat is bigger than most,great for big people and tall, well pated super comfy. Cons. Legs are slippery on floors must buy anti slip pads, headrest need to have more adjustments face hits chest portion making it uncomfortable.

This massage chair is exactly what I needed! Now I've successfully launched my corporate wellness massage service and I'm only getting GREAT reviews! This chair is large enough and adjustable enough to accomodate everyone and it's really easy to use. Plus it's so convenient. I love it!
