Have not heard back for refund

In the order webpage, there was no easy way to request a refund so I emailed customer service to request a return shipping label and no one got back to me

My favorite sunglasses!

Found this company 2 years ago and love their sunglasses. I wanted to get another pair before vacation so I reached out first to see if they would arrive in time. I got a response right away that they would ship out in time so I ordered and got them the next day. It does help that I’m in the same state though! I ordered two pairs and love them both!

Remarkable company to deal with !!!!!

My wife had a fitment issue and the return transaction was seamless ! Wish all mail order conflicts could be handled this efficiently . She has 4 different pairs of them and loves them all. I would recommend these to those that like quality and difference. We believe, Fred
