Good product, bad customer service

Product is good quality. However, it arrived late, tracking was not updating, and chatbot was not helpful. You need to change how you handle customer issues, not everything can be addressed by your chatbot.

Good quality, but I wish there were a 65-card version.

Good quality, but I wish there were a 65-card version for our Pokemon deck. because it's a little big for my backpack.

Misleading Name

Thought it could accommodate top loaders. Didn’t read carefully. Product looks fine otherwise.
