Easy Downloads

Ordeer process was easy and no issues with downloads

Unable to print

Unfortunately I was unable to print the flowers, I managed to print the tips page which showed it wasn't my printer. Both pages took a long time to appear on the screen, which doesn't normally happen when I print, so I'm not sure if this was something to do with the problem. I messaged Birch Glass asking for some assistance but had no response so gave up. The 2 stars is for the design, it would have been 5 stars if I had been able to print them!
