Horrible experience with customer service. I will never buy from this company again considering they cannot accommodate normal policies regarding shipping and refunds. In order to exchange a product it won’t allow you to get the current sales price and charges you more for the item and adds more shipping. Or I take a loss of $23 just to send the shoes back. Completely unwilling to make any accommodations or help customers. I would’ve exchanged the shoes for different ones but I was still not getting full value of my money.
