Like My Dad hat

Not only did this come WELL AFTER the expected date frame, when i inquired multiple times via email, social media, using the shop app contact etc i recieved mo response. I finally reported it through shopify only them was the label created & order said it was then on its way. I recieved today in just a shipping bag no protection bag on the inside no reciept or invoice no nothing. Just a crumpled up crushed hat. I was so excited for so many items in this shop & as another small business im appauled at how this girl does business & ill still be submitting for a refund as the hat was ruined by the time it made it to me. We’ll see how it goes. But with how its gone so far, ill likely need to consult with my bank. I would not recommend doing business with this brand there are so many others able to do the same with better quality products & service & i should have listened to the other prior negative experiences reviews

Cacky was really sweet and professional. We had a little shipping mix up (not her fault!) and it got resolved quickly and efficiently! Support small businesses even through hickups!! Thank you again Cacky!

Ordered in april and did not receive till late July. The owner was contacted MULTIPLE times with no response. Finally, reached out and sent a complaint through shopify and the order was then sent. Would be more understanding if the owner reached out regarding the extreme delay.
