Broken Lights, Customer Service, & Returns...oh my

I ordered 3 sets of 6 lights. When I received my order, three of the lights did not work. When I contacted the company, they said that my only recourse is for me to pay to have them shipped back and returned for a refund of $12.50. It is likely that it would cost me more money to ship them back for their defective product. "Hello, Thank you for providing the video of the defective light. Half of the Lights Arrived Broken

We ordered 2 packages of lights. The first package had 2 lights that wouldn't turn on. The second package had 4 lights that wouldn't turn on! Every light that wouldn't turn on we can hear loose pieces inside the light. I contacted customer service to help and was told I needed a clear picture of what is broken and the original shipping label to proceed. The outside of the lights look just fine, its the inside broken. The lights that do work are cheap, but look nice. I wouldn't spend $25 per package when half arrived broken.

The concept is nice, but the product lacks efficiency. Ordered a set of six but only three lights actually work, and the lights are extremely small and give off little to no illumination. What a waste of money
