Half of the Lights Arrived Broken

We ordered 2 packages of lights. The first package had 2 lights that wouldn't turn on. The second package had 4 lights that wouldn't turn on! Every light that wouldn't turn on we can hear loose pieces inside the light. I contacted customer service to help and was told I needed a clear picture of what is broken and the original shipping label to proceed. The outside of the lights look just fine, its the inside broken. The lights that do work are cheap, but look nice. I wouldn't spend $25 per package when half arrived broken.

A couple of them didn't even work and I can't return them because you have a horrible return policy. I'd give them negative stars but it's not an option.
