Synthetic fabric and too baggy for me.

I have a size 30" waist. Wish I had bought these a size smaller. Too baggy for me. But I'm not a Rugby player, just looking for shorts that are actually short. These were made of some unspecified synthetic fabric. I was hoping for cotton.
